Because our products are food items, returns are only allowed in specific situations:
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from your confirmed order.
Quality Issues: If the item arrives spoiled or not suitable for consumption.
Please note: We cannot accept returns due to personal taste preferences or change of mind after purchase.
Additionally, all return, refund, or replacement requests will be carefully reviewed by our quality control team. To help us resolve your request quickly, please ensure that the provided photos, videos, and details clearly show the issue (such as product damage, incorrect item, or quality concerns). If the submitted information does not clearly demonstrate the reported issue, we may unfortunately be unable to approve the request. After reviewing the provided evidence, Karthick Sweets & Snacks will determine the final eligibility for a return, refund, or replacement.
To maintain safety and fairness, any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, as we cannot verify storage conditions beyond that time.

Item Details: The specific name and quantity of the item that is damaged or incorrect.
Visual Evidence: High-quality photographs or a short video showing the packaging and the condition of the product.
Problem Summary: A brief explanation of the issue (e.g., "damaged seal," "wrong item sent").

Step 3: Verification & Approval
Once submitted, our quality control team will review your evidence.
Response Time: You will receive a formal response regarding approval within 1–2 business days.
Resolution: If your request is approved, our team will carefully review the situation and decide the most suitable resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange either a refund or a replacement, with the goal of providing a fair and satisfactory outcome for our customers.
If your request is approved, one of the following resolutions may be provided:
- Refund:The approved amount will be returned to your original payment method via PhonePe or the respective payment gateway.
- Replacement: A fresh product may be shipped to you within 48–72 working hours, subject to product availability.
Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on bank timelines.
Please note that the final resolution will be determined by Karthick Sweets & Snacks after reviewing the issue and the supporting evidence provided.

- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled only before they are handed over to the courier.
- After Dispatch: Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
